Dr. Asha Doddamane Benakappa was the Director, Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health and Head of Department of Pediatrics, Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute. She is currently a founder & trustee of a lactation helpline.
She has received the World Breastfeeding award 9 times and received more than 50 awards and felicitations. She has been featured in several national & international publications and is also the author of the book “Breastfeeding: The Basic Instinct”
Dr Asha has been instrumental in promoting breastfeeding through various different forums and is also the recipient of a grant from the ministry of Netherlands. She is part of the "who's who in WABA".

Dr Supraja has close to 16 years of experience and currently heads the pediatric services at the PEOPLE TREE Hospitals in Bangalore. PEOPLE TREE hospitals offer one of the fastest growing Paediatric Intensive Care Units in Bangalore.
After completing her training in the United Kingdom at some of the best hospitals, including the Birmingham Children’s Hospitals, Dr Supraja returned to India for further specialization and completed her Fellowship in Paediatric Intensive Care by securing the national first rank, conducted by the Indian Academy of Paediatrics. She enjoys teaching and training and is a certified clinical course instructor and a faculty at various state and national level workshops.
She has been featured in various newspapers and TV channels for health educational awareness and her contribution to medical field earned her Nirbhaya Award during Women’s Day 2014. Apart from her clinical work she also dedicates time to work actively on Childhood Nutrition and Child Safety.
MS - Obstetrics & Gynaecology, MBBS
. Mangala Devi has close to 18 years of experience and is a Consultant Obstetrician/Gynaecologist and Infertility Specialist at KC Raju Multispeciality Hospital, Bangalore. She is highly accomplished in the field of gynecology and infertility and obtained her MS in OB from JJMMC, Davangere and IVF certification from NUHS, Singapore. She currently consults for hysterectomy, gynec problems, in vitro fertilization, infertility treatment, intrauterine insemination, cesarean section, delivery, and ART.
She is a member of Indian Medical Association (IMA), Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction (ISAR), Karnataka Chapter of ISAR and Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Society of India (FOGSI).
